If you want to feel fit you’d better go in for one kind of sport or another. I should admit that everyone must do all he can to be healthy. Good health is better than the best medicine.
All kinds of physical exercises are very useful to make our bodies strong and to keep ourselves fit and healthy. To tell the truth I don’t do sports regularly and it is not an essential part of my daily life.But sometimes I play basketball and it puts me into the fine mood.

now it is fashionable to remain in a good form. the rolled or just tightened body looks beautifully. and it is more pleasant to communicate with the person who is able to keep fit because you know that it is the strong personality who won't betray the principles for the sake of a portion of fried potato or a piece of cake.
personally I try to eat properly and I do various physical exercises.
I can't precisely tell that my peers most of all prefer, but in a class we like to play volleyball. for me it is probably one of the several of games which I can play because of the poor eyesight

Nowadays more and more people become followers of healthy lifestyle. A lot of them want to keep fit because they want to increase their strength or just want to have happy and long life.
Nowadays popularity of healthy lifestyle grow up, because people live in polluted and unhealthy world and try to be healthy.
I do different activities to keep fit. They are: football, basketball, swimming and so on. Also I eat healthy food, don't drink alcohol and don't smoke.
There are many sport activities that are popular with teenagers in my region, such as skating, skiing, weightlifting, football, basketball, tennis and so on.

Considering present ecology, it isn't surprising that the healthy lifestyle becomes more and more popular. Besides, most of people lead a sedentary lifestyle that is bad for their body shape and general health. Well, personally, I like my figure, and in the form of me holding the stress, constant hunger, long walks and liters of water (please, in no case do not lead this lifestyle; it'll just kill you!!!). On account of sports activities cannot say anything because was not interested.

Keeping fit nowdays is very important, because scientists have already found many different illnesses :sick: . And what helps you to deal with them? Of cause it is good health. And what provides good health? It is keeping fit! When you keep fit, you improve your immunity. But good health is not main, that makes people keep fit, the main is beauty and good feelings :lol: :lol: :lol: . Nowdays many people go in for sports and the most popular kinds of sports are baketball, volleyball and football. As for me, I prefer basketball, because when you play basketball, you use all your body and muscles, so it helps to keep fit better. So, that's all, KEEP FIT!!!

Everyone want to be healthy, strong, slim and beatiful. To achieve this one must choose between two ways. The first is diet, the second - is sport activities. As for me, I do sport regularly: I go to the basketball, dancing and swiming almost every day. But there are another kinds of sport. In my rigion the most popular are football, hockey and skiing. In conclusion I want to say that everyone should maintain his own health.
